TBC’s design challenge was to develop a major production kitchen that could efficiently serve the opening size of the venue as well as accommodate the expected expansion of the extremely successful convention center in the Southeast. The crown jewel of the kitchen is the glass-walled Tasting Room, used successfully in marketing hospitality catering from discerning meeting planners.
