TBC provided a comprehensive foodservice operations audit to ensure that the Center’s caterer was providing the highest level of culinary services to their customers and in compliance with the service standards established in their operating agreement. The audit reviewed multiple banquet services, branded coffee kiosks, quick service concessions and two major food courts.
