TBC provided the foodservice programming for what will become the most customer-centric football/soccer stadium built in Mexico, with over 300 palcos (suites), two restaurants and complete cooking concession kiosks. Suite kitchens distributed throughout the stadium will accommodate the unique service requirements of the local market which demands a full day-of-match menu without advance ordering.
