Renovation of a sports icon presents unique challenges. First was to preserve the "Big House" home-field advantage while updating services to meet today’s consumer tastes. TBC design services added concession stands on public concourses, including food courts adjacent to the main entrances, and upscale club and suite foodservices. TBC designed a production kitchen to service the stadium and ALL campus athletic venues.

Management Advisory Services: TBC was retained to manage the Request for Proposal process in recruiting, evaluating, selecting and negotiating with foodservice providers.
