TBC assisted in analyzing HKCEC's food and beverage operations for efficiency and safety. Foodservice includes seven full service restaurants operating year-round independent of the event schedule. Many of these restaurants have won prestigious culinary awards and HKCEC’s Sunday Brunch is annually selected as Hong Kong’s best. In addition, two banquet kitchens, one Chinese and one Western, serve visitors attending the Center. TBC also provided foodservice contract negotiating assistance for a second facility, Zhengzhou International Exhibition and Convention Centre.
